yeah - me too.
Does just hearing the word “hustle” make you cringe?
We're the women who linger over our coffee. Who let a phone call with a friend run long. Who are actually listening at dinner, instead of writing tomorrow's to-do list in our heads.
There's room for you here too.
Now, before we go any further, pull up a chair and grab your favorite bevvy (I’ll be drinking an iced espresso). Let's pretend we're at a cute little coffee shop, having a real, honest heart chat. Did I mention I'm a long conversation kind of girl?

I'm HALEY.
Hi, lovely!
Don't get me wrong, being a little person's entire world is an honor— but somewhere in those seven years, I slowly became my job.
I poured everything I had into ten-hour days. I was entirely focused on keeping twenty-plus five-year-olds happy, healthy, and, you know, teaching them to read, write, and count to a hundred in 180 days. Miracle worker, right here.
Then I'd come home and not really be home. I'd be thinking about tomorrow's to-do list, the parent email I still owed, and how I was going to help little Billy learn to self-regulate.
My husband got my leftovers, which, if I’m being honest…there wasn't much left for him to have.
I was rushing out the door at dawn, working through lunch, crossing one thing off my list just to add five more, being everything for everyone. And I never once slowed down long enough to take a breath.
But for seven years before I started this business, I was known as Mrs. Bennett, kindergarten teacher.
I was sacrificing my peace for productivity.
Sound familiar?
So I did something about it.
I traded wrangling kindergarteners for wrangling chaotic inboxes. Creating strategic lesson plans for designing strategic Pinterest pins. And writing parent emails for crafting optimized blog posts.
And trust me. If I can care for a classroom of twenty-plus five-year-olds, keeping them safe, nurturing their minds, and protecting their hearts, I can care for the parts of your business that have been wearing you down, too.
And with that level of support, you can finally take that breath.
Eventually I realized I wasn't living in a way that felt like mine anymore. I wanted slow. Boring. Mundane. I wanted to be more than “Mrs. Bennett.”

"She has helped flag systems that aren’t working, and built systems where there were none so that my business runs smoothly and I can focus on client care and creating.”
“When I found Haley, it was such a breath of fresh air."
"Before working with Haley, marketing felt like a second job on top of my actual business. She took over my Pinterest completely, and within a couple of months I started seeing steady traffic to my site without lifting a finger. What I love most is that she just handles it, I don't get bombarded with questions or asked to make decisions all day. She takes my vision and runs with it. I finally have my evenings back."
For the first time in years, my Pinterest is actually working for me while I sleep.

"I was drowning in the backend of my business, emails piling up, a blog I kept meaning to write but never had time for. Haley stepped in and quietly took it all off my plate. My inbox has never been more organized, and her writing is honestly better than mine. The best part is I don't have to manage her, I tell her what I need and she runs with it. It's given me so much more room to actually enjoy my life outside of work."
I handed off my inbox and my blog and got my Sunday mornings back.

Those little mundane moments that seem so trivial? Those are what I fill my white space with. They're beautiful and ordinary and exactly what I was missing back when I never stopped moving.
As a recovering busybee,
I am here for boring.
On Pinterest finding new grandma hobbies, or curled up with a good book because #homebody
Tending to my garden, or really, buying new plants every time the old ones die (I have no green thumb, and I've made peace with it)
Sending you a ten-minute voice memo to answer a question that probably only needed about ten words - whoops!
Crying at Pride and Prejudice for the hundredth time, sorry not sorry
Making my husband pull over every single time I spot a lost dog (I’m honestly convinced someday that’s how I’ll find my soul dog)
Wandering the farmer's market, buying honey I absolutely do not need, because I already have five jars at home
in my white space, you'll find me...
